Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct visits and presentations in line with sales targets.
  • Compile sales plans in the form of a sales plan.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Perform cross-selling and up-selling activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from any reputable university.
  • At least 5 years working experience in selling Oil Lubricants or other products in the same category to the industrial and automotive sector in Central Java.
  • Strong sales drive with leadership, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial or leadership experience.
