Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies based on business data and audience analytics.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest trends in business, entrepreneurship, and coaching industries.
  • Analyze performance data (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with ongoing campaigns, events, and business objectives.
  • Write compelling copy, script videos, design visual posts, and guide production when needed.
  • Actively engage with our online community to build relationships and grow brand presence.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, values, and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, especially in the coaching or business industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Business savvy with a good sense of what’s trending in the coaching and entrepreneur space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — extroverted, articulate, and confident.
  • Creative thinker who’s dynamic, fast-paced, and resilient.
  • Adaptive and open to feedback and experimentation.
  • Social media native — understands content behavior on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
