PT. United Family Food - Product Development Role

PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company committed to continuously serving the best products and services to our customers. We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join Unifam as a Product Developer.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop new formulas for NPD projects and improve existing product formulas in the laboratory.
2. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to scale up lab formulations to production scale.
3. Check and assess ingredients from suppliers suitable for project development.
4. Work with the manufacturing team on process improvements or commissioning new machinery.
5. Provide process technology input for new products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.
• Proficient in conducting product trials, shelf-life testing, and quality control.
• Knowledge of halal assurance, quality management systems, and food safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in Greenlake, Tangerang.
