Job description

◦ Spend at least 2 hours each day deeply researching at least 5 high - quality benchmark accounts of the same type in the entertainment live - streaming field. This includes but is not limited to analyzing their dance styles, music matching, and the forms of host performance.

◦ Produce a benchmark account analysis report every week, clearly identifying areas for reference and directions for differentiation. Develop adjustment strategies based on the analysis results.

2. Dance Choreography and Music Arrangement

◦ Choreograph at least 5 sets of novel dances each month according to the live - streaming theme and target audience, ensuring that the dance movements are ornamental and interactive.

◦ Be responsible for the selection and editing of music for live - streaming dances, ensuring that the music matches the dance style and enhancing the attractiveness of the live - streaming. Complete the music preparation before each live - streaming session.

3. Establishment of Training System

◦ Based on the company's entertainment live - streaming positioning and development plan, establish a basic framework for training courses within 1 month of employment, and improve the course content within 3 months.

◦ Develop training subjects covering aspects such as basic dance, live - streaming interaction skills, and music perception. Design a detailed training process to ensure the systematicness and effectiveness of the training.

4. Training and Assessment of KOLs

◦ Provide no less than 10 hours of professional training to KOLs every week, including dance teaching and live - streaming scene simulation.

◦ Conduct monthly assessments of KOLs. The assessment content includes dance skills, live - streaming performance, and the degree of mastery of training content. Adjust the training plan according to the assessment results.

II. Experience Requirements

1. Have more than 3 years of dance teaching experience, with at least 1 year of experience in dance teaching or choreography in new media fields such as live - streaming and short - videos.

2. Be familiar with mainstream live - streaming platforms such as Douyin and Kuaishou. Candidates with cases of successfully creating popular live - streaming content or helping hosts increase followers are preferred.

III. Special Skills and Expertise

1. Dance Skills: Proficient in multiple dance styles, such as jazz dance, hip - hop, and folk dance. Have the ability to choreograph dances. Those with relevant professional dance certificates are preferred.

2. Music Literacy: Have a keen sense of music, be able to accurately grasp musical rhythms and emotional expressions, and possess music editing and mixing skills.

3. Communication Skills: Have excellent communication and expression skills, be able to clearly and effectively impart knowledge and skills to KOLs, and be good at teamwork.
