We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead the branding, marketing, and promotional efforts for one of our clients. This role involves developing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline activations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has a passion for the F&B industry, experience in alcohol marketing, and a proven ability to drive consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.
Identify market trends and consumer insights to guide branding strategies.
Develop creative content and oversee advertising efforts across digital, print, and in-store channels.
Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including packaging, advertising, and events.
Collaborate with designers and agencies to develop impactful visuals and messaging.
Manage partnerships with influencers, bartenders, and brand ambassadors.
Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Event Management & Activations
Plan and execute brand events, tastings, and sponsorship activations.
Collaborate with bars, restaurants, and retail partners for co-branded promotions.
Engage with the on-trade and off-trade market to boost sales and visibility.
Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to alcohol advertising laws and regulations.
Work closely with legal teams to obtain necessary approvals.
Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, or F&B industry.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.
Experience in event planning, influencer marketing, and trade marketing.
Familiarity with alcohol marketing regulations.
Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies across both store and e-commerce channels to drive sales and profitability
Preferred Experience:
Prior work with a beer, wine, or spirits brand.
Experience managing partnerships with bars, clubs, and retail chains.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
