Job summary

A leading company in property development is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to manage recruitment processes and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in recruitment, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Assistant Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies for all position levels.

Job description

Control & monitor the fulfillment of the needs of new employees in accordance with deadlines and the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Manage the Applicant Data Bank regularly and generate reports from all divisions/business units.

Arrange the Talent Acquisition Plan in accordance with the MPP and request fulfillment of manpower needs.

Control & monitor job advertisements posted on online job application media.

Coordinate the entire process of Talent Acquisition and selection (Psychotest and interview) according to schedule.

Review and report all Talent Acquisition & selection reports, providing recommendations and solutions to improve process performance.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology or similar from a reputable university (Master Degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience as Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Assistant Manager or 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in property development companies is a plus.
  • Experience in Manpower Planning & Recruitment Annual Reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies for all position levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems usage.
  • Ability to create Talent Acquisition annual reports and budgeting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong personal communication skills to penetrate passive candidates.
  • Motivated and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work at Pesanggrahan, West Jakarta.
