Finance & Accounting Staff - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-119061)

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, proficient in SAP (including understanding, operation, and approval of journal entries).
2. Accounts Payable/Receivable Management: Issue invoices, process payments, and manage collections.
3. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with domestic and Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Budget Management: Assist in preparing financial forecasts and business plans, including budgets.
5. Internal Audit: Coordinate internal audits, including accounting audits.
6. Cash Flow Management, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Fixed Asset Management.
7. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounting within a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Conversational English skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Hardworking, good communication skills, detail-oriented, with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
