Sales Manager - Alkes (alat kesehatan)

Job Description:

Suton Sutures, PT Efada Medical Industries Indonesia is seeking a Sales Operational Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management in medical device(Alkes). be highly motivated, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From Rp13,000,000 per month
