How youʼll make an impact

As an Account Manager (AM), you will manage, develop, and grow Accounting Partners by helping them develop and execute digital strategies. You will support their migration of clients onto the Xero platform, contributing to their overall business success. You will build strong relationships with your Partners and collaborate with your Account Management and Partner Consultant colleagues to support Xero’s success in Asia.

What youʼll do

  1. Manage sales and account relationships with accounting partners in Asia.
  2. Generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outbound calls, emails, meetings, and marketing campaigns.
  3. Achieve monthly targets by increasing customer numbers.
  4. Deepen online strategy engagement with existing and new partners.
  5. Recruit, educate, and grow your partner base.
  6. Deliver Xero partner events, both in person and virtual.
  7. Ensure Partners and Practice employees attend webinars, events, and certification training.
  8. Educate Partners on available resources to grow their practices.
  9. Monitor Partners through the sales cycle.
  10. Update CRM system (Salesforce) with all communications.
  11. Maintain and update practice staff and contact details in CRM.
  12. Respond promptly to Partner inquiries.
  13. Engage in a call cycle with all allocated partners.
  14. Encourage attendance at Xero events.
  15. Collaborate with Partner Consultants to implement business plans.
  16. Contribute to the success of the Xero Asia sales team with your work ethic and agility.

Success looks like

  • Meeting monthly revenue and Net New CMR targets.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly KPIs such as meetings, calls, and opportunities created.
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity.
  • Excellence in territory management and forecasting.
