Brandpay opens a market that is 30X bigger than the $240bn creator market. The 97% (4bn) of social media users that have never been paid for content. Everyday people who's user generated content (UGC) is 7X more trusted than influencers. Brandpay aims to make being paid for UGC, a daily habit of the everyday person.

The Role

We're looking for a Community Growth Manager to help us build and grow Brandpay’s consumer base in your city. This role is a mix of big-picture thinking, hands-on execution, and creative problem-solving. You’ll be one of the first people in these markets to lead our efforts, helping us create a vibrant community of consumer users from the ground up.

As the go-to person for these markets, you’ll need to understand what makes people tick—what they care about, how they engage with content, and how we can keep them coming back. You’ll also be the one bringing those insights into action, advising businesses running their own campaigns, fostering community engagement, and creating experiences that will help us stand out.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the face of BrandPay in your market: working alongside Brandpay’s Account Manager in your city (who is focussed on business growth), to build genuine, trusted relationships with local businesses and consumers. You’ll help turn these relationships into active, engaged supporters of our brand.
  • Build and scale our consumer community: You’ll design and run campaigns that keep people engaged with Brandpay. This means creative content, events, and experiences that drive awareness, keep people talking, and turn them into loyal users.
  • Educate users about Brandpay: Help people understand how Brandpay works and why it’s valuable. You’ll also help us tap into new user groups/communities—whether that’s businesses or everyday consumers—and bring them into the fold.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and venues: You’ll be a point of contact for businesses running campaigns (alongside the Accounts manager), ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. This involves providing them with the knowledge and assets they need to market to their customers both in store and online, and overseeing campaign deliverables to ensure consumers are active, educated and motivated to post for businesses.
  • Organize and host events: Get consumers excited about Brand Pay by hosting offline events and online meetups. Whether it’s a contest, community-driven event, or just a fun activation, you’ll be the one making it happen.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams: You’ll share market insights, giving feedback on how things are going in your region. This feedback will help shape our messaging, campaigns, and product improvements.
  • Grow our online community: You’ll manage our presence on platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp, as well as active participation in online communities and groups, creating awareness and buzz for Brandpay, and running campaigns that engage people on a daily basis and keep the conversation going.
