We’re currently looking for a full-time, remote UX/UI Designer to craft functional, elegant and product-aligned web and mobile interfaces.

As a UX/UI Designer at Design Elite, you will:

create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups based on detailed briefs

collaborate closely with project managers who scope, organize and assign your daily workload

manage multiple design tickets simultaneously, maintaining clarity and efficiency

ensure consistent quality across your deliverables and integrate feedback with care

You’ll work mostly on product-driven projects for fast-growing startups across a variety of industries.

What we expect from you

expert-level Figma skills, including use of components, auto layout, and design systems

strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to structure clean, intuitive interfaces

a sharp eye for UI detail and a strong sense of visual hierarchy

the ability to handle multiple tasks independently, and switch context quickly

reliability, respect for deadlines, and clear written communication in English

minimum 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally in a startup or agency environment

client feedback is reviewed and refined before reaching you

we operate asynchronously, with clear deadlines and smooth tools

our design team is mainly based in Asia, managed from Europe

you’ll be expected to handle multiple tickets at once with autonomy and structure

we constantly scale the team and workload to ensure productivity and avoid overload

Full-time remote contract

Fixed monthly salary, adjusted to your level of seniority
