Product Owner

Job Descriptions
i. Become a representative of the Business Owner and Voice of Customer

ii. Starting from user stories which are based on one or a combination of in-depth research methods such as: customer-driven, data-driven, technology-driven, market-driven and business-driven and expressed and processed them in:
1. Product Vision
2. Product Roadmap (including Milestones, MVP, OKR in it)
3. Product Backlog (based on adaptive business priorities)

iii. Be part of the Agile/Scrum Team responsible for:
1. As a translator between the Business Owner and the Development Team
2. Agree with the Development Team to determine a Sprint Backlog and Sprint Goal that are realistic but still meet business needs based on the Product Backlog, Dev Capacity. Team, Definition of Done and retrospective commitment
3. Be present when needed by the Development Team to clarify business needs in the Sprint cycle
4. Responsible for carrying out accountability for the work of the Development Team in accordance with ongoing business needs
5. Carry out Backlog Grooming/Refinement if necessary

iv. Be proactive on a regular basis in reporting visualized product development progress to Business Owners and Customers

Mandatory Requirements

• S1 graduate or equivalent from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in Product Management/Project Management in a Multi-finance or Banking company
• Work in the same company for a minimum of 3 years
• Have experience in handling collection modules in the Company's core system (Funding Management System)
• Have you ever handled an accounting system or finance application that maintains loans to banks or seeks loan funds from banks such as term loans, short loans, and paying invoices?
• Communicate clearly, on target and effectively both orally and in writing
• Able to build good relationships with Customers and Development Team
• Have strong ownership of the company and products
• Understanding the Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
• Able to solve complex problems and identify use cases/solutions
• Able to prioritize effectively
• Able to create conceptual designs (at least in high-level material)
• Able to build Product Knowledge that is easy to understand by Customers and Development Team

Additional Requirements

• Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA
• Proficient in using analytical tools to help make decisions
