Job Description:

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Architect to join our team. In this role, you will supervise on-site construction activities, ensure the implementation of architectural designs, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a blend of architectural expertise and project management skills to coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Supervising Project Implementation On-Site: Monitor project progress at the construction site, ensuring all work follows design plans, technical specifications, and standards.
2. Coordination with the Construction Team: Collaborate with contractors, structural teams, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), interior designers, and field workers to ensure correct implementation of all design elements. Provide solutions to technical issues during project execution.
3. Ensuring Compliance with Regulations: Ensure construction work complies with all applicable building regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Handle permits and documentation as needed.
4. Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, materials, and accuracy according to drawings and specifications. Address discrepancies promptly.
5. Managing Design Changes: Communicate any design or specification changes during construction to the field team, ensuring smooth implementation without disrupting schedules.
6. Communication with Owners and Users: Act as a liaison between the design team, developer, and owners, providing progress reports and ensuring expectations are met.
7. Budget and Time Monitoring: Monitor project budget and schedule, managing materials and labor to prevent waste and delays.
8. Safety and Security: Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site, and workers comply with occupational safety standards.
9. Construction Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of each construction stage, managing archives for future reference and audits.
10. Project Management and Communication: Apply project management principles, and prepare periodic reports for the Project Manager and design team regarding progress and issues.
