Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Leader, located in West Java, Indonesia. The Line Leader will oversee daily operations on the production line, ensure quality standards are met, manage team performance, and coordinate with other departments to streamline processes. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in production line management, team leadership, and quality assurance
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot production issues
