Job description

Our client is one of the well-known companies in the Construction Industry, actively seeking experienced talents in Quantity Surveyor.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  2. Develop tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers.
  3. Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  4. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
  5. Provide financial insights and support to project managers and stakeholders.
  6. Conduct site visits to assess work progress and ensure budget compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Glodon Cubicost, BuildSoft, Revit, Vico Office, PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  5. Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
