Our client is a leading manufacturer of power transformers, shunt reactors, and other high-voltage electrical equipment, serving both domestic and international markets with innovative and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and test mechanical systems and products to meet project specifications.
  2. Use CAD tools to create detailed designs for components and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during product development.
  4. Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
  5. Design production layouts and workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
  6. Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
  7. Create and refine detailed 2D and 3D designs for mechanical components and systems.
  8. Perform design modifications based on client or project requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  3. Master's Degree (optional) for specialized roles, such as R&D, robotics, or thermal systems.
  4. Relevant certifications (optional but advantageous), such as:
  • SolidWorks or AutoCAD Certification.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) for energy-focused roles.
  • Membership in ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers).
