I - Job description:
- Develop and deploy trade marketing programs and activities, including trade promotions, in-store merchandising, and in-store activation, and cascade these to distributors and the salesforce for implementation.
- Based on sales performance by SKU, branches, and inventory, develop sales and demand plans, and collaborate with the supply chain to ensure adequate product supply for effective inventory management.
- Conduct market visits to evaluate the deployment and effectiveness of all programs and activities. Collect and report on competitor activities.
- Work with marketing to integrate PULL and PUSH campaigns and deploy them to distributors and the salesforce for execution.
- Manage the trade marketing budget by optimizing each program and activity through review, evaluation, and reporting.
- Perform other sales support activities as required by the manager.
II - Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years in a similar position within the FMCG environment, preferably in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
- Understanding of the selling process, customer behavior, and distributor operations.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles.
- Strong teamwork, assertiveness, good English communication skills, self-driven, proactive, a win-win mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
