Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital ads across Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia
  • Work with the Creative Team to develop engaging content and optimize messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in performance marketing or a related field
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing Google Ads and E-Commerce Ads (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Detail-oriented with experience in A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Willing to work (WFO) in Kedoya, Jakarta Barat
