Your Role

As a Boutique Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects excellence. Your responsibilities include:

1. Providing customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to inquiries and complaints
2. Supervising employees engaged in sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, or customer services
3. Monitoring sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of goods
4. Managing inventory, stock levels, and reordering when necessary
5. Hiring, training, and evaluating staff in sales or marketing, including establishing, promoting, or terminating employment as needed
6. Ensuring merchandise is correctly priced, displayed, and functioning as advertised
7. Leading and maintaining team cohesion

What We’re Looking For

You’re an ideal candidate if you possess:

1. A strong desire for sales excellence, with self-motivation and leadership skills
2. At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-end sales environment or similar fast-paced setting
3. Experience in retail sales with increasing responsibilities and solid knowledge of retail practices
4. Ability to lead, coach, and train team members effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in both verbal and written English
6. Experience in a luxury retail environment
7. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as required
