About the role:
As Merchant Marketing CRM Sr. Associate, you’ll take part in managing the CRM of the merchant marketing GoFood team. You will supervise the execution of campaigns/journey implementation for GoFood Merchants. Working closely with the Growth merchant marketing Team, Product Team, Merchant Branding & Acquisition team, and Analytics team, you will manage end-to-end CRM campaign execution, including planning, segmentation, automation, and experiment initiatives. You will directly impact the incremental growth of GoFood merchants in the Indonesian market through scalable, personalized, relevant, and contextual communication and increase the engagement and retention of our users.
What you will do:
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel (Push Notification, Pop-up, Inbox, WhatsApp, Email) campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and user insights.
- Implement journey/automation campaigns via inApp (Push Notification, Pop-up, Inbox) and OutApp channels (e.g., Email).
- Handle CRM of special projects related to GoFood Merchants.
- Develop communication templates for consistency and effectiveness by branding guidelines and best practices.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data and insights to identify and implement opportunities for increasing engagement and conversion rates at all stages of the merchant’s lifecycle journey.
- Responsible for campaign calendar management and A/B tests roadmap to improve users engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Branding, Product, Community and Special Project) to drive successful CRM channel execution to support GoFood business target.
- Conduct competitive CRM analysis to strategize actionable plans and recommend improvements together with the manager.
- Update on industry & trends to identify new opportunities and growth.
What you will need:
- A BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent experience.
- At least 3+ years of CRM marketing experience, preferably within the online mobile app, e-commerce, quick commerce, e-grocery, telecommunications, or other relevant service industry.
- Proficiency in launching CRM campaign/customer journey implementation and experimentation through advanced CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Clevertap, SalesForce).
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions (e.g. Strong knowledge of conducting experimentation and A/B testing).
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English at the business level with strong presentation skills in order to represent the Marketing team in functional meetings.
- Deep understanding of the OFD industry & B2B Business, including merchants behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in budget management, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and demands.
