We are a company engaged in the field of Wood Building Products located in East Java Province. All of our production results are exported to the United States. Currently, we need a Production Manager.
Production Manager in the woodworking industry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished products. They ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and costs are controlled. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of production planning, organizing, controlling production activities, managing personnel, implementing safety protocols, and collaborating with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable; proficiency in English is also preferred to facilitate communication with local vendors and suppliers.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of local work culture and customs is important for effective team management and building strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
