Job Descriptions:

1. Manage the sales team to meet the company's targets.
2. Maintain good connections with industry customers.
3. Lead new business development in specific segments or projects.
4. Assist customers with new product development.
5. Handle customer inquiries and requests.
6. Supervise and support assigned team members.
7. Forecast sales and purchases.
8. Conduct sales data analysis and prepare reports for management.
9. Travel domestically and overseas as required.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa, and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is mandatory.
• University degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or merchandising, preferably in garment, sports apparel, or backpack fields.
• Experience in metal plating and injection molding is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with Chinese and English word processing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities, proactive attitude, self-motivation, and responsibility.
• Customer-oriented with teamwork spirit and outgoing personality preferred.
