Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK), preferably a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales (Mom & Baby products).

Familiar with order processing.

Job Description:

1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers by providing information about products or services.
2. Order Processing: Input customer orders into the system and ensure data accuracy.
3. Sales Administration: Update and record sales transactions, inventory, and reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
4. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
6. System & Software Operations: Use sales software or CRM systems (e.g., ECount) for data entry and order processing.
7. Marketing Assistance: Participate in product promotions, both in-store and on digital platforms, as needed.
