Job Description:

Are you passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the automotive industry? Our client, a prestigious tyre company specializing in both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler segments, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Placement in: SOLO

Requirement:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the tyre, motorcycle and/or car product and market will be an advantage.
