As part of their expansion and efficiency enhancement initiatives, they are seeking a skilled and analytical Inventory Analyst to join their team in Jakarta.
Analyze inventory data and demand forecasts to identify trends, potential stock issues, and purchasing needs.
Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures and strategies to optimize stock levels.
Monitor daily inventory transactions and ensure accurate inventory records across the organization.
Generate inventory reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and planning.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment in stock availability and order planning.
Conduct root cause analysis of inventory variances and implement corrective measures.
Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.
Ensure system accuracy in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and support ongoing improvements.
Stay informed on market trends, technology updates, and best practices in inventory and supply chain management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory analysis, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles (experience in heavy equipment industry is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data interpretation and trend analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools).
Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (IMS), ERP systems, or supply chain management software.
Knowledge of SQL/Tableau/Power/other data visualization tools is a plus (Not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to communicate in English.
