1. Menentukan dan mencari data informasi target pasar.
2. Menawarkan produk (Bohan baku kue & roti).
3. Melakukan negosiasi harga.
4. Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan hasil penjualan.
5. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama di perusahaan industri makanan/ bahan baku kue & roti/bakery store.
6. Memiliki kemampuan perencanaan strategi pemasaran, problem solving, negosiasi, penguasaan produk, dan kemampuan presentasi.
7. Mampu bekerja dalam tim/individual dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
8. Memiliki mobil/motor pribadi dan SIM A.
9. Jurusan kulinari, teknologi pangan merupakan nilai tambah.
10. Bisa berbahasa mandarin merupakan nilai tambah (lisan, tulisan, baca).
