About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our operational functions in Singapore. This individual will be instrumental in driving business performance, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and optimizing day-to-day operations in a dynamic and fast-evolving technology-driven platform environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring operational excellence across departments including compliance, finance, HR, customer service, marketing, and product.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and regional expansion plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on corporate strategy, organizational growth, and regional market execution.
  • Ensure that operational frameworks are agile, compliant, and aligned with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Drive efficiency and scalability by optimizing internal processes, workflows, and performance KPIs.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with regional/global counterparts to support seamless platform delivery and ecosystem development.
  • Represent the company in key stakeholder discussions, business partnerships, and high-level meetings.
  • Lead business continuity planning and risk management efforts to safeguard the company’s interests.
  • Foster a strong performance-driven culture and ensure team development and alignment with company values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • At least 8–10 years of leadership experience in tech-enabled platforms, or digital economy sectors.
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and managing high-performing operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory matters relevant to platform-based businesses.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders and regulators.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in platform-based industries such as fintech, digital payment services, or online marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with Web3, digital asset infrastructure, or decentralized systems
