Qualifications

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Marketing ist von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich.
  • Bevorzugt 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Kaltakquise und im Verkauf von SaaS oder IT-Produkten.

Job description

Job Descriptions
  1. Research companies to contact.
  2. Start relationships with potential managers or CEOs.
  3. Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
  4. Make cold and warm calls to follow up or preempt emails, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  5. Experiment with outreach strategies to identify successful approaches.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams for product feedback.
  7. Analyze and target opportunities in Accounting or HR Software markets.
  8. Work with marketing to discover leads and set appointments.
  9. Use strong selling skills to set qualified appointments.
  10. Log and maintain customer contact records.
  11. Participate in community activities to promote our software.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, and competitive.
  • Desire to drive results and improve daily.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products, or fresh graduates with relevant education.
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
  • Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage.
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
