PT. Mirae Asia Pasifik is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our women's intimate apparel product line. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the intimate apparel market, consumer trends, and product development processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to drive product innovation and achieve business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the women's intimate apparel category, aligning with the overall company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify consumer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Define and prioritize product features, specifications, and user stories based on market insights and business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, production, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Manage the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products within budget.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including market requirements documents, product specifications, and go-to-market plans.
- Present product plans, performance, and strategies to internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in the intimate apparel market.
- Manage and mentor junior product team members, as applicable.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry, with a focus on women's intimate apparel.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing commercially successful products.
- Strong understanding of the women's intimate apparel market, including fabrics, construction, sizing, and consumer preferences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media marketing, and e-commerce.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
