About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team at PT Imfarmind Farmasi Industri', a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Pasuruan, East Java. As the QA Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products, overseeing all quality-related activities and processes. This is a full-time, on-site position.

What you'll be doing

Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive quality management system to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements

Developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control procedures, including testing, inspection, and release protocols

Overseeing the quality control laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

Conducting internal audits and managing external regulatory inspections to identify and address quality issues

Providing technical expertise and training to production and quality assurance teams to enhance their understanding of quality-related processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions

Maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation to support regulatory compliance

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices in pharmaceutical quality assurance

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker) or a related field, with a strong background in pharmaceutical quality assurance

At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry

Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as other relevant regulations and guidelines

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify effective solutions

Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in quality control laboratory techniques and data analysis

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality excellence
