About the role

As the Recruitment and Training Supervisor at PT. Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth and development of our talented team. In this full-time position based in Sidoarjo, East Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, as well as designing and implementing comprehensive training programmes to ensure our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates for various roles within the organisation.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
3. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
4. Design and deliver tailored training programmes to upskill and develop our existing workforce.
5. Maintain a database of applicants and prospective applicants.
6. Implement employer branding strategies.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to managerial positions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in designing and delivering effective training programmes that drive employee engagement and development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of industrial psychometric tests such as Kreaplin, PAPIKOSTIK, DISC, etc.
