About CropCycle

CropCycle is a climate-tech startup supported by Seedstars, UN CTCN, and the Mercedes-Benz beVisioneers Fellowship.

We're building an AI-powered tool to help smallholder farmers adopt regenerative practices, increase income, and access carbon markets — starting in Malaysia, Bali, and Nepal.

We're launching our Impact Fellowship Program to involve passionate changemakers in our journey. As a fellow, you'll work directly with the founding team on real-world challenges.

Fellowship Roles Available (Choose Your Focus):

• Field Research – Farmer surveys, interviews, and engagement
• Impact & Carbon – Tracking data, farming practices, and emissions
• Outreach & Storytelling – Sharing farmer stories & building community
• Design & UX – Creating chatbot interfaces and farmer-friendly tools

Location: Remote or Field-Based (Preferably from Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal – Flexible)

• Students, recent graduates, or purpose-driven individuals passionate about sustainability, farming, or climate action
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with rural communities
• Strong communication skills in English
• Familiarity with local cultures or past fieldwork experience is a plus!
