About the position

As a Tailor-made Travel Team Leader, you will focus on exceeding agents' expectations by building your team's capacity. Your goal is to equip your team with the tools and knowledge to secure sales and develop strong relationships with partners. You will be an expert in crafting well-designed itineraries, making recommendations, and coaching your team to do the same.

You are proactive in suggesting improvements, a strong seller, and eager to share sales expertise with like-minded colleagues.

The Essential:

  • A degree in tourism and hospitality is advantageous.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the tourism or inbound tourism industry is desirable.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new systems confidently.
