A leading company in the beauty industry is seeking an eCommerce Manager to oversee sales and operations across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing data, and coordinating with teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Manage and oversee sales and operations of e-commerce (marketplace, live hosts and website)
Plan, develop and communicate all activities related to digital campaign, promotional activities, customer service and budget to achieve sales target
Coordinate with marketplace RM to drive conversion to sales
Analyzing sales data and consumer behavior data into reports
Work closely with Design & Creative team, create & drive campaign to boost loyalty and sales
Requirements:
Maximum 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration
Minimum 2 years experience in managing digital marketing & e-commerce (in beauty or retail industry is a plus point)
Expert in social media platforms, ads implementation, SEO/SEM and Google ads
Strong leadership and team builder, creative, passionate, responsible, able to work well under pressure
Great presentation and communication skill and in managing relationships
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and innovative
Aware of market trends, promotional activity, coming trends amongst the competitive environment in a proactive manner
Understand the depth and trends of beauty industry
