Job Requirements and Candidate Evaluation
  1. Experience: Minimum 4 years in Recruitment, with at least 2 years as a Supervisor.
  2. Preferred Skills: Experience with BBI or BEI competency-based techniques is advantageous.
  3. Personal Attributes: High drive and goal-oriented mindset.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
  5. Operational Responsibilities:
    • Sourcing: Managing employee supply needs.
    • Processing: Conducting selection processes and creating shortlists.
    • Service: Serving user (FPK) and candidate needs.
    • Onboarding: Supporting new employees through probation and contract completion.
  6. Workforce Planning: Ensuring staffing from supervisory to managerial levels.
  7. Team Development: Training team members on interview guidelines, competency-based interviews, and other selection tools.
  8. Issue Identification and Problem Solving: Recognizing recruitment issues and resolving recurring problems.
  9. Recruitment Process: Managing end-to-end recruitment for Supervisor to Manager levels.
  10. Reporting: Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual progress reports for management.
