Job Requirements and Candidate Evaluation
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Recruitment, with at least 2 years as a Supervisor.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with BBI or BEI competency-based techniques is advantageous.
- Personal Attributes: High drive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Managing employee supply needs.
- Processing: Conducting selection processes and creating shortlists.
- Service: Serving user (FPK) and candidate needs.
- Onboarding: Supporting new employees through probation and contract completion.
- Workforce Planning: Ensuring staffing from supervisory to managerial levels.
- Team Development: Training team members on interview guidelines, competency-based interviews, and other selection tools.
- Issue Identification and Problem Solving: Recognizing recruitment issues and resolving recurring problems.
- Recruitment Process: Managing end-to-end recruitment for Supervisor to Manager levels.
- Reporting: Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual progress reports for management.
