  • Assist in designing and developing visual concepts for short videos, live streaming content, and social media platforms.
  • Support the brainstorming and creative development process alongside the creative team (art, copywriter, videographer, and editor).
  • Create visual guidelines, mood boards, and basic art direction for video and live streaming content.
  • Conduct trend research, including the use of AI tools and design references relevant to today’s digital audience.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure final outputs align with the established concepts and visual guidelines.
  • Take ownership of on-location shoots, including arranging props based on mood boards, coordinating wardrobe, planning shooting angles (with the videographer), guiding talent direction, and camera placement.
  • Adapt design and visual elements for various platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
  • Evaluate visual content and be open to revisions and feedback from the team.

  • Understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including visual branding, product content strategies, and design elements on marketplaces.
  • Up-to-date with visual and social media trends, especially TikTok.
  • Comfortable collaborating with other teams (creative team, videographers, talent, and editors) and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the creative industry.
  • Able to clearly communicate visual ideas and detail-oriented.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design or creative projects is a strong plus.
