FY 24 - Senior Associate - Assurance - CMAAS

If you are a driven, intellectually curious, deal-oriented professional who enjoys creating innovative solutions to help companies and executives with their most complex and significant matters, including financial and accounting operations, particularly as they prepare for corporate actions (Initial Public Offering, bonds and equity issuances), then this will be an exciting role for you. You will be working with topnotch clients and reputable underwriters, lawyers, and other advisors.

As a Senior Associate, you will interact with clients directly as well as collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals in other Lines of Service within PwC to deliver pragmatic solutions. You will assist audit engagement teams whose clients are preparing for fundraisings (IPO, rights issues, bond offerings), including reviewing offering documents and other deliverables such as comfort letters. You will also contribute to our Capital Market thought leadership publications.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm (external audit)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Experience and knowledge of IPOs, IPO preparation, and bond offerings is an advantage
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CA, etc.) are preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, with experience in applying or interpreting these standards, conducting accounting research, analysis, and report writing
