Job description

RESPONSIBILITY

• Selling all products (Ticket, Hotel, Document, etc.)
• Providing good service to customers through offline (walk-in) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, NADIA)
• Responding to customer inquiries with accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATION

• Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP, maximum age 30 years
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position
• Familiar with Ticket Reservation Systems (Abacus & Galileo)
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international ticketing
• Familiar with Hotel, Document, Travel & Tourism services
• Strong personality, polite, charming, professional, and service-oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken & written English
• Preferably holding IATA or other Airlines Certificates
• Willing to work shifts or at mall branches following mall operation hours
