Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Accounting & PPIC Admin Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Created invoices and faktur pajak for customers using Coretax systems.
2. Issued purchase orders and processed deliveries to customers.
3. Created purchase orders for suppliers and controlled received items.
4. Input sales PO and delivery notes based on goods dispatched.
5. Performed other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma degree in accounting or related major.
2. 1-2 years of experience as an accountant in a Japanese manufacturing company.
3. Conversational English skills.
4. Experience in creating Bea Cukai documents (bonded zone).
5. Familiarity with SCS Suzuki, Portal HPM, Delvi ADM systems, Epro EPSON.
