About The Role

Area Operations Associate is accountable for supporting the Area Operations Manager in various drivers' spectrum operations at the area level. This includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, engagement, and resolving field driver issues. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the area.

What Will You Do

1. Support the Area Operations Manager by managing daily operations such as driver acquisition, engagement (loyalty, retention, safety, performance training), driver exit processes, and inventory management (driver attributes, warrants). Also, work on driver income strategies through expense reduction or alternative income sources (e.g., Swadaya, Promo Go).
2. Collaborate with the Area Operations Manager on escalated driver service issues.
3. Apply operational insights when establishing new service areas.
4. Manage end-to-end processes at the district's walk-in center (Driver Support Unit).
5. Ensure SOP and legal compliance within the district.
6. Assist in rolling out product changes in the region.
7. Provide operational and consumer engagement analysis to support decision-making.

What Will You Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Metabase.
• Good understanding of supply and demand planning.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and routine activity management.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and empower teams to implement them.
• Capability to manage community or mass conflict communication.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in spoken and written English.

The Area Operations Associate supports the Area Operations Manager and collaborates closely with other Regional Managers and the Analytics team to analyze operational data, derive insights, and recommend strategies.
