Job description

Responsibilities
  • Live & build the ZAP culture, focusing on consistently delivering an exceptional experience to clients, both internal and external.
  • Build and grow high-performing teams by acquiring, developing, engaging, and retaining extraordinary talent. Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of empowerment and accountability to achieve results.
  • Cascade and coach sales and hospitality training to the team, ensuring a consistent knowledge of ZAP products and procedures. Deliver and coach real-life training in day-to-day operations.
  • Build capability by analyzing the business and creating/communicating clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.
  • Deliver business results through key performance indicators and take fast, focused actions to grow productivity and performance.
  • Maximize team member scheduling to continually improve employee productivity while monitoring payroll costs for the outlet.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on client loyalty and creating an emotionally engaging client experience. Spend the majority of time in the outlet with team members and clients, coaching and mentoring teams by reinforcing superior selling skills and bringing the brand to life every day.
Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong background experience as a Leader in an Aesthetic/Beauty Clinic with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proven track record as a leader.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
  • Willing to be trained in Jakarta.
