Your Role: Jr. Performance Marketing Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Develop strategies across digital channels to maximize cost-effective conversions.
  2. Execute digital marketing campaigns on search, display, and social media to drive portal/app conversions.
  3. Manage weekly digital metrics reporting.
  4. Handle end-to-end campaign creation, including ad set setup, audience targeting, ad copy, creative review, and bid adjustments.
  5. Manage multiple projects and handle daily operational tasks.
  6. Review campaign performance regularly and recommend optimizations.
  7. Develop and evaluate A/B testing campaigns.
  8. Stay updated on social media, web technologies, and digital marketing trends, and apply these in new campaigns.
  9. Analyze campaign performance against business objectives and plan next steps.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong stakeholder and shareholder management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing advertising preferred.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM) and Facebook/Instagram campaigns is required.
  • Design eye and website optimization skills on WordPress and Elementor are a plus.
  • Operational knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, Power Editor is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Leadership skills to lead a small team.
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
