Marketing Manager - Medical Equipment - Cikarang (B-118853)

Our client is a medical equipment company currently seeking a Marketing Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create quotations and letters for new and existing customers.
2. Handle exhibitions and advertising.
3. Maintain visitors in the showroom and visit customers.
4. Maintain after-sales service in cooperation with the after-sales department.
5. Handle customer complaints and create improvement reports.
6. Control, develop, and report daily activities to subordinates.
7. Ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 standards.
8. Share feedback for internal improvement and identify risks.
9. Support the Marketing GM.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager handling medical surgical equipment such as pendants, lights, and operating tables.
• Possess a broad network within medical institutions and the hospitality industry.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
