The Client Success Manager will help drive the growth of Arches' Expert Matching Services, supporting the strategic consulting industry and investment funds in Thailand and other Asian countries. This position is also critical in successfully planning, executing, and closing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expert Matching/Project Management
- Manage approximately 30+ projects, including industry research, market research, and business projects, focusing on high-priority accounts;
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services;
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources;
- Provide updates on project status and milestones.
Account Expansion- Ensure effective activation and service delivery for high-priority clients;
- Handle client activation, including non-user activation where applicable;
- Target clients such as consulting firms, investment firms, corporations, and research organizations.
Resource Allocation & Team Management- Update reports daily and allocate resources based on project priorities;
- Lead and motivate project teams;
- Assign tasks according to team resources and monitor performance;
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1 meetings and daily check-ins with team members;
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Native Thai or bilingual proficiency;
- Solid experience as an account manager, customer relations manager, or customer success manager, preferably within management consulting, investment industry, top headhunting/recruitment agencies, or hospitality;
- Team management experience with at least 3 members;
- KPI-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced client cycle;
- Experience in recruitment roles is a plus;
- Advanced English skills for external communication and internal management;
- Strong client communication and critical thinking skills;
