Head of Sourcing (New Car Dealer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire Carsome offline sourcing strategy nationwide.
• Scale up the Carsome offline sourcing business by ensuring a supply of used cars from all new car dealers across Indonesia.
• Be responsible for achieving targets related to both sales metrics and profitability.
• Lead a team of more than 100 offline sourcing professionals across Indonesia.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of company KPIs, especially in offline sourcing.
• Build strong relationships with new car dealers and sales agents to ensure Carsome's presence and strong penetration in new car dealerships.
• Ensure all account executives possess strong knowledge in recruiting sales agent dealers.
• Develop a strategy for offline sourcing NCD to ensure target achievement.
