We’re WIZ. We help creators turn their brains into digital products people actually pay for. Now we’re looking for a Product Lead who can handle messy genius, connect the dots fast, and lead a team like a mini studio director.

You won’t be babysitting timelines.

You’ll be making products that sell. And scale.

Job Description

  • Design and develop digital products: from online classes to ebooks and video learning content.
  • Collaborate with creators and subject-matter experts — turning half-baked ideas into structured, binge-worthy content.
  • Build outlines, scripts, and learning journeys that are both useful and irresistible.
  • Lead a production squad (writers, editors, videographers, etc.) to make it all real, on time.
  • Coordinate all moving parts — pre-prod to post-launch — while keeping the vibe creative, not corporate.
  • Stay curious about trends in edtech, creator economy, content formats, and figure out which ones to use, tweak, or ignore.

Requirements

  • Experience launching real digital products (not just PowerPoint mockups).
  • Background in video production: you’ve either directed, edited, or at least understand the flow.
  • Comfortable leading a cross-functional team (and knowing when to say “this isn’t working”).
  • Clear communicator, sharp decision-maker, fast learner.

Bonus: experience working with creators or personal brands. You get them.

- Have helped create online classes, webinars, ebooks, or similar content-based products.

- Know what a good shoot day feels like — and how to make it happen.

- Can bridge creative energy with business needs without watering down either.
