Senior Venture Architect Job Description

Wright Partners is growing! We are looking to expand our teams across multiple SEA locations, including Jakarta, by hiring Senior Venture Architects to play a hands-on role in building the companies of tomorrow.

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will manage a team involved in end-to-end venture creation and contribute significantly to the success of your venture within a team of specialists. Success in this role requires curiosity, ownership, and a drive to make a meaningful impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end venture design streams.
2. Ensure quality of work from Venture Architects related to Sr. Venture Architect activities.
3. Structure ambiguous problems and develop solutions.
4. Analyze market value chains, cost structures, and profit pools.
5. Develop business models that deliver significant value to customers.
6. Create and execute go-to-market plans.
7. Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to support the venture.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a strategy analyst or senior consultant.
3. Experience in executing projects from ideation to implementation.
4. Knowledge of commercial strategy, market sizing, and monetization.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
6. Comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
