Job description

As Talent Acquisition (Jakarta) you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process and building strong talent pipelines to support business growth. You’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to attract the right talent for key positions, while also strengthening our employer brand in the market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and market mapping
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and talent communities
  • Support employer branding through job fairs, social media, and events
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in logistics or related industries
  • Skilled in sourcing, market mapping, and managing passive candidates
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Experience in employer branding is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
