Job description

Responsibilities

1. Oversees the Finance Operations, Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy
2. Handles the Financial Reporting, Company's Cash flow, Financial Planning, and Tax Issues
3. Works closely with the Regulators to submit the weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required
4. Involved in the company's corporate actions, such as fundraising and IPO
5. Provides strategic initiatives and collaborates with other C-level executives and owners
6. Prepares the Investor Relations report and maintains good relationships with local and multinational investors
7. Provides leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team
8. Advises on long-term business and financial planning
9. Establishes and develops relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
10. Reviews all formal finance, procurement and supply chain, business, and IT-related procedures

The Successful Applicant

1. An MBA or CPA is highly desirable
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related field
3. Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in any industry
4. Experience with IPO Process (preferable) or Reporting
5. Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
6. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
