1. Bachelor's degree in Law or Psychology.
2. At least 15 years of experience in the HR field, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the Palm Plantation industry.
3. Advanced knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Regulations, Palm Plantation business processes, and Plantation permits.
4. Expertise in Industrial Relations and Payroll management.
5. Ability to manage and train site employees effectively.
6. Capability to work under tight deadlines.
7. Willingness to work on-site in Sekadau, West Kalimantan.
